Meet the Principal, Ms. Johna Stienstra
Hello Team Maxwell!
While many of you know me from my years as a teacher or the IB Coordinator, I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself. I have been in education for over 23 years and am excited to begin my new role of principal here at Maxwell. I have taught most of the grades TK-8 and l LOVE all things teaching and learning! A few fun facts... My Labradoodle Olive Bean is my best girl! I love the color yellow, cheese, and polka dots. Hiking, the beach, and other outdoor activities are some favorites. Singing and playing percussion is my jam. Travel is where I find much joy. We’re going to have an amazing year filled with progress, growth, and success. I am here to serve to staff, scholars, and families. I look forward to watching all the learning that is sure to take place. Please do not hesitate to call, email or message me on ParentSquare.
