Ms. Smith

Hello! I am Ms. Smith! I teach 6th grade History and Science, as well as the Visual Arts elective for 6th-8th graders. This is my first year being a MYP teacher at Maxwell Academy, however I have been teaching for 9 years. I taught previously in Alhambra, Rancho Cucamonga, and Montebello. I obtained my Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies from Cal State LA, and my Master’s degree in Education and my teaching credential from Azusa Pacific University. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time outdoors and visiting new places with my friends and family. I am looking forward to working with you and your student this school year.
